Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two time unified boxing king Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.

The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
